We do not accept returns of personalised,
made-to-order, bespoke or customised products unless they are faulty. 

To arrange a return or exchange, please
email info@anyasushko.com with
your order confirmation and reason for returning within 14 days of receipt of the product.
 We shall endeavour to respond within 3 working days.

Please ensure that your items are returned
unused and undamaged in their original Anya Sushko packaging.  An original
receipt of purchase must be provided.   All tags must be undamaged and
attached in place as they were at the point of sale.  Returns
that do not meet our policy or are arranged outside of the cooling-off period
(14 days) will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
